Grievance Redressal

Below are the steps a client may follow for redressal of grievances or for providing feedback:

  1. If you are not satisfied with our services and wish to lodge a complaint, you are requested to first contact our representative who is your point of contact. Your grievance will be addressed on a best-effort basis within 7 business working days from the date of receipt.
  2. You may also communicate with the representative / consultant through telephone or email. Contact number: +91 8561821810.
  3. Alternatively, you may send your complaint in writing or via email at hiteshwari965@gmail.com.

  5. We shall endeavour to resolve your complaint within 21 days from the date of receipt of grievance. Once the investigation is completed, a detailed response shall be provided.
  6. If you are not satisfied with the response or handling of your complaint, you may write again to Hiteshwari Kumari, Research Analyst at hiteshwari965@gmail.com with complete details. We shall make best efforts to resolve the grievance at the earliest.
  7. You may also lodge your grievance with SEBI through the SCORES platform (https://scores.sebi.gov.in) or write to any SEBI office. For assistance, SEBI Toll Free Helpline numbers are 1800 22 7575 / 1800 266 7575.
  8. If your complaint is not resolved within one month, you may refer the matter to the regulator – Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
  9. Mode of filing complaints on SCORES / RAASB:
    • SCORES 2.0 – SEBI’s centralized web-based grievance redressal system (https://scores.sebi.gov.in)
    • Two-level review process:
      • First review by RAASB
      • Second review by SEBI
  10. If the investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided by market participants, the investor may file a complaint on the SMARTODR platform for online conciliation or arbitration at https://smartodr.in/login.
